Candidate Search & Screening

Once we’ve completed our search and conducted thorough interviews, we will shortlist 3 top candidates who align with your needs and culture, ensuring the best fit for your company.
Candidate Interviews
After presenting the top 3 candidates, we’ll assist you in scheduling interviews. You’ll have the chance to assess each candidate and choose the one who best fits your requirements.
Hiring
Once you’ve selected your ideal candidate, you will directly pay the Virtual Assistant monthly or biweekly, according to your preferred payment schedule.
